September 24: Starvation – A War Crime

Civilian starvation is a tragic feature in armed conflicts, yet no court has entered a conviction for an international crime on this charge. This webinar examines challenges in prosecuting starvation as a war crime in situations such as Ethiopia, Gaza, Syria, and Ukraine.
