October 24: Dictators and Elections – Russia, Rwanda, and Venezuela

Ellen J. Kennedy, Ph.D., Executive Director, World Without Genocide, will speak about recent elections in three countries on three continents in which winning dictators brutally suppressed opposition.

Michelle Witte, Executive Director, League of Women Voters – Minnesota, will describe nonpartisan efforts to preserve and protect voting rights in Minnesota and throughout the country.
